Charley Rhodes Sevin is a licensed cosmetologist since 2009 from champagne’s cosmetology institute. She Is also a MASTER EDUCATOR since 2018. She has been serving our community for 12 years in the field.
Cross trained Barber certification since 2016 and Barbercide certification 2020.
